Do you think you are mindful as a parent? What exactly does Mindfulness mean? Todd throws Laura under the bus and then Laura gets some clarification to her definition from a pro, Kimberly Carson, a Mind, Body and Health Educator who works with Duke University Medical Center and OHSU.
