Hey, that’s what Dr. Bob Sears called them on the show…Here are the 12 fruits and veggies with the lowest amount of pesticides. You should eat organic when and if you can, but if it’s too pricey or you are currently making the transition, then pay attention.

Asparagus, Avocado, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Corn, Kiwi, Mango, Onion, Papaya, Peas, Pineapple, and Watermelon.  Start Shopping and Eat up!
